Pickup and drop off in Altea or Benidorm
Beautiful rural location with a pool and lovely outdoor space for you to enjoy
Healing mushroom experience
Guided support throughout the experience (your facilitator has been a part of more than 120 journeys in group and individual settings)
Cordless headphones with a curated playlist and eyeshades that you can take off if you feel like it
Vegetarian/vegan meal, seasonal, wholesome, homegrown/local Spanish vegetables and fruit when possible, homemade sourdough bread
Post-session integration video call to make sure you are integrating the experience well
Optional therapists on the team can help you guide you onwards in the weeks or months after your session (at their regular rates)

NOTE ON PRICING: At A New Day Retreats we wish to make plant medicines less “just for the financially privileged” and more accessible to the wider public, so we use a tiered payment scale. Find out from the Green Bottle Sliding Scale (image in pricing section or Google it if you wish to understand it better) to find out where you are on the financial privilege scale, and pay less if you need to. Tier 3 at full price, Teir 2 and Tier 1 get a discount). We fully believe that people who struggle to make ends meet also have the right to access mental healthcare in a supportive setting, so book whichever tier that suits your circumstances, no questions asked. Details of this retreat

Safe psilocybin retreat in Alicante Spain. 1-to-1 sessions, group retreats and individual darkness retreats to provide opportunities for self exploration, healing of trauma and for personal growth. We aim to support you on your journey and provide a safe and supportive setting for you to feel fully free to face what you need to face.

Come to A New Day Retreats and feel supported and encouraged to go on the journey of your life. You might be looking for personal development or wish to heal old trauma. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety or OCD, or maybe you just think life could be more.

Please get in touch with the button “Contact” to go through the pre-session screening to make sure that teacher plants are suitable for your circumstances (people with certain health conditions such as heart issues or mental health issues like bipolar or psychotic disorder are not advised to use teacher plants). Once approved and we agree on a date, please make the booking and payment through RetreatGuru. The updated calendar is also avilable on A New Day Retreats’ website.

Please note, that if for whatever reason you prefer a male guide, that can be arranged too, but only on the weekend.

Schedule

A 1 day 1-on-1 session looks like this:

Choose any available day on the calendar bu tdo not book through Calendly or RetreatGuru yet, please.

Go through a screening by filling out an online form. Once approved, you will be able to book your session on RetreatGuru.

Phone / video call in the days prior to the session for questions, to set an intention and familiarise ourselves with one another.

10.00-11.00 on the day: You will be picked up in either Altea or Benidorm. (You can come a day early or leave a day after at an extra fee (highly recommended) to make the most of your experience. Timings are recommendations rather than totally fixed. If you need to arrive later, that is also possible).

11.00: Preparation, intention setting,

11.30: Meditation and breathwork as the session begins. You will wear comfortable, cordless headphones and a blindfold to facilitate your journey.

16.00-17.00: Post session talk / integration.

18:00: You will be dropped off where you were picked up (if you choose not to stay the night. If you stay, you will be dropped off the next morning. Breakfast is included.)

An aftercare phone call in the days following.
