Healing mushroom experience
Guided support throughout the experience (your facilitator has been a part of more than 120 journeys in group and individual settings)
Cordless headphones with a curated playlist and eyeshades that you can take off if you feel like it
Vegetarian/vegan meal after session and breakfast the following morning, seasonal, wholesome, homegrown/local Spanish vegetables and fruit when possible
Post-session integration video call to make sure you are integrating the experience well
Optional therapists on the team can help you guide you onwards in the weeks or months after your session (at their regular rates)

NOTE ON PRICING: At A New Day Retreats we wish to make teacher plants less “just for the financially privileged” and more accessible to the wider public, so we use a tiered payment scale. Tier 3 at full price, Teir 2 and Tier 1 get a discount). We aim to support you on your journey and provide a safe and supportive setting for you to feel fully free to face what you need to face.

Please get in touch with the button “Contact” to go through the pre-session screening to make sure that teacher plants are suitable for your circumstances (people with certain health conditions such as heart issues or mental health issues like bipolar or psychotic disorder are not advised to use teacher plants). Once approved and we agree on a date, please make the booking and payment through RetreatGuru. The updated calendar is also avilable on A New Day Retreats’ website.

Schedule
A 2 day 1-on-1 session looks like this:
Choose any 2 available days on the calendar.
Both of you go through a screening by filling out an online form. Once approved, you will be able to book your session on RetreatGuru.
Phone / video call in the days prior to the session for questions, to set an intention and familiarise ourselves with one another.
You will be picked up at Alicante airport. (You can come a day early or leave a day after at an extra fee (highly recommended) to make the most of your experience. Timings are recommendations rather than totally fixed. If you need to arrive later, that is also possible).
13.00: Preparation, intention setting,
13.30: Meditation and breathwork as the session begins. You will wear comfortable, cordless headphones and a blindfold to facilitate your journey. You will be in individual rooms with a guide each to facilitate your journeys.
18.00-19.00: Post session talk / integration.
19:00 and evening: relax, have your delicious homecooked dinner, warm yourself at the fireplace or use the outdoor space/pool etc. depending on the season and what you prefer.
The following morning: You will be dropped off where you were picked up. Breakfast is included. Take your time, enjoy the Spanish climate, the pool, the fireplace, depending on the season.
