This Retreat offers a complete immersion in ancestral medicine.
An experience for the body, the spirit and the mind.
Immersed in the tranquility of the Sadhana lodge you will enjoy a wonderful experience, a gift for your life.
The weekly retreat takes place over 4 days. 3 nights
Day 1- Meeting at Sadhana Lodge or Tulum in the afternoon.
Vegetarian or vegan dinner to prepare for the ceremony or session of medicines, meditation, cleaning with ancestral Maya music.
Day 2 – No breakfast because it is prepared with Kambo water.

At 6.30 pm departure for Puerto Morelos for Ayahuasca ceremony
We spend the night in the forest and participate in the Ayahuasca Ceremony
Day 3- In the morning we return to Sadhana Lodge
Relaxation and swimming pool to meditate on the experience of the previous night.

Interview with the facilitator to get in tune
Find a comfortable position in contact with nature
Explanation of the inhalation technique for a better experience.
The experience will always be guided and monitored by the facilitators with sounds and songs.
At the end of the experience In accordance with personal needs, you can choose to communicate with the facilitator or choose to enjoy the soft landing intimately.
Fresh fruit and water will be served at the end of the experience.
