The proposal
“Slow Now” was created as a response to the fast pace of modern life. After moving from the city to a remote village surrounded by nature, I discovered the profound peace that comes from slowing down and reconnecting with the natural world. Here, the five elements are in balance, and this harmony invites us to find balance within ourselves.
This retreat is about embracing the slower rhythm of nature —aligning with the sun, the seasons, and the earth. By tuning in to our bodies and deepening our awareness, we create space for self-care and mindfulness.

You’ll enjoy daily Yoga and nature walks, a guided tour of Torcal Natural Park, various Yoga workshops (Soundbath, Yoga Nidra etc), tranquil accommodation, and nourishing, healthy food.

Slow wake-ups, daily yoga, fragrant nature walks, breathtaking mountain views, refreshing swims in the pool, nourishing healthy food, delicious dinners under the stars, a slower pace, and silence are the essential ingredients of this 4-night retreat.
This is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the routine or “automatic pilot” mode and fully reset, recharge, and reconnect with the essence of life and nature, returning to where we truly belong.
Discover one of the most stunning and authentic areas of Andalusia! The end of September is the perfect time to experience the south of Spain: it still feels like summer with long, warm days, but it doesn’t get too hot.
This retreat welcomes participants of ALL yoga levels, ages, and body types, and is equally beneficial for both men and women. Total beginners are welcome!

Slow silent morning
8:00-9:30 – Morning Yoga (Hatha Vinyasa), meditation and breathing practices
09:30-10:30 – Breakfast
10:30-12:00 – Guided Walks (Trip to El Torcal Natural Park on Day 2)
12:30-14:00 – Lunch
14:00-18:00 – Free time, massages, therapies, special workshops
18:00-19:30: Evening Yoga (yin/restorative)
20:00-21:00 – Dinner
