In this 7 day retreat you get 3 ceremonies with a day of rest (so important!) between each one. 1 Ayahuasca, 1 San Pedro and 1 Sweatlodge with both medicines.
You can also participate in all our yoga and meditation classes and all the workshops and activities we offer. Enjoy the hot tub and steam room, hike on the land or the 100s of miles of country roads around us. Enjoy the REAL Ecuador tourists never get to see. Make lots of new lifelong friends as well! We become a spiritual family at every retreat.
Housing is comfortable and modern, and the mattresses are the best in Ecuador! Hot showers 24/7 and 3 yummy vegetarian/vegan meals every day. The ayahuasca diet doesn’t have to be bland, we make it taste great, and people rave about our food!
Food is unlimited and there are snacks and tea in the community center at all times day and night. Wifi is fast fiber optic, lots of private spaces for alone time, and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. In fact there is a beautiful mountain vista in every direction you look on our 55 acres of magical Andes Mountains near Cuenca, Ecuador.

You are going to meet the medicines in as pure a way as they can be met, bridging the ancient traditions and the modern world in the most beautiful way, fulfilling the legend of the Eagle and Condor, the balancing of the heart and mind. This is absolutely pure medicine with nothing else mixed into them. For the Ayahuasca it is only the vine and the leaf, and for the San Pedro it is only the cactus. No other mystery ingredients are mixed in as they are at some centers. This is the pure medicine!
Our reputation for safety and care is surpassed by none, and we are told by people who have been to many other centers that Gaia Sagrada was the best experience for them, that we do it well! You will feel safe and well cared for. Also, a woman runs the center so for women it is especially safe, and we have both male and female shamans and helpers.
It is a romantic idea to hike an hour, travel by boat, and then another hike to get to your retreat, but that is simply not safe. We have chosen a place that is far removed from civilization, but only a 35 minute drive from a modern hospital. We have never had to do that, but it’s there just in case! We take safety seriously!
