This is a sample daily itinerary for demonstration purposes only. Each day’s events and activities may vary.
7:00 AM: 30-minute morning yoga session in Vinyasa style, with Sun Salutations & dedications to Pachamama (Mother Earth).
7:30 AM: 30-minute Silent Meditation session in temple or one of the 7 Chakra Gardens.
8:00 AM: Breakfast
9:30 AM: Relax in the splendors of nature and enjoy a tour of the Seven Chakra Gardens. Optional: Guided walk through the nearby Rumichaka farming neighborhood, where Quechua campesinos live. More challenging hikes along scenic routes into the valley are also possible. Those who do not wish to participate in the guided walks or hikes have the option to continue relaxing in the Chakra Gardens until Workshops begin.
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Wellness Workshops.
1:00 PM: Lunch
2:00 PM: After lunch, meet our pakko, a very special Q’ero healer, visiting from the high Andes. Participate in coca leaf blessings and a sacred Despacho ceremony.
FREE TIME until dinner to wander the grounds, journal, take a relaxing nap, meditate individually in the gardens, go for a walk, etc. This is a perfect time for guests to enjoy Andean spa services (floral bath, crystal light therapy, massage, etc.). We recommend that guests schedule their Andean spa services during this time.
6:30 PM: Dinner
7:45 PM: Andean Fire Ceremony to honor Pachamama, yourself, and your loved ones. The ceremony will remind us to focus our intention for this journey and serves as a wonderful preparation of mind, body, and spirit for the pilgrimage to Machu Picchu.
