Please note that we don’t have a rigid pre-defined schedule. Our approach is to allow the itinerary for the retreat to unfold organically, in harmony with the flow of the moment and your unique needs.

While we don’t have a fixed itinerary, we follow a loose structure to guide the retreat process and create a supportive environment for your journey. Here’s an overview of the general outline:

Day 1 & 2 – PREPARATION
We focus on creating a foundation for your retreat with a shamanic introduction and Shamanic Journey. We engage in yoga, philosophy, breathwork, energy work, and receive insights to guide you through the rest of the retreat.

Day 3 & 4 – DEEP DIVE
As the retreat reaches its midpoint, this day invites you to embark on an intensive exploration. These two days are dedicated to deepening your understanding of transformative techniques, fostering self-assurance, and unveiling fresh insights, all while preparing your body to release stuck energy and emotions through bodywork, hydrotherapy (including swimming pool time, sauna and steam room, hot and cold plunge), acupuncture, and massages. All designed to prepare you for the Integration Day and the last day of your retreat.

Day 5 & 6 – INTEGRATION
We take this day to focus and reflect on the insights, messages, and wisdom gained during the previous days. We provide guidance on how to integrate the practices and wisdom into your daily life, as this integration phase is vital for your continued growth and transformation beyond the retreat.

Day 7 & 8 – Break
You take these days to go out, recharge, and get ready to focus on the next phase of deep integration.

Day 8 & 15 – Deep Integration
Together with this deep integration phase we transcend the limitations of temporary retreat escapes by guiding you toward lasting peace and joy through self-discovery.
